Our mild single-varietal extra virgin olive oils are a great choice for everyday use. This low polyphenol will result in a smooth, viscous, delicious EVOO perfect for baking, the base of a fantastic marinade or vinaigrette, as a bread dipping oil, and roasted vegetables. Our selection always includes the current harvest ~ Jan-Jun features our Northern Hemisphere EVOO collection from Italy, Greece, Portugal and Spain; Jul-Dec features our Southern Hemisphere EVOO collecgtion from Africa, Argentina, Australia, Chile and Peru. Our Extra Virgin Olive Oils are certified Ultra-Premium (the highest certification for extra virgin olive oil in the world!) and all testing is done by UC Davis.
