Aged Balsamics

Balsamic vinegar is naturally sweet vinegar that can enhance the flavor of almost any dish.  From a marinade for meat to an ice cream topping or flavoring for beverages, Balsamic is more than just an addition to a great salad dressing.  Balsamic vinegar, like scotch or champagne, is tied to the land it comes from.  Our barrel-aged Balsamics are made from the Trebbiano grape must.   These all-natural Balsamics are imported from Modena, Italy and made in the traditional Solera style of aging Balsamics in oak, cedar, ash, and mulberry barrels for up to 18 years.
